HatTail® selected as “Editor’s Pick” at PPAI Expo
HatTail®, the unique line of sport caps with the patented retractable tether system from StreamWorks, was selected among the “Editor’s Picks” by the daily journal at the Promotional Products Advertising International (PPAI) trade show held in Las Vegas January 9-13, 2006. The show is the largest in the promotional products industry and had more than 14,000 pre-registered distributors, 3,785 exhibit booths, thousands of products on display and a near sellout crowd.
StreamWorks HatTail® product line features active sport caps with a built-in “tether” that attaches to a shirt or jacket collar to prevent windblown hat loss and retracts smoothly into the hat using a patented zipper design where it remains unnoticed until needed, bringing a functional improvement to sports and active lifestyle hats. HatTail® is available in a variety of styles, colors and fabrics and with or without custom logos.
According to StreamWorks president and CEO Bill Brauner, “This was our first time exhibiting at the PPAI show and our HatTail® product was a huge success as evidenced by the selection of HatTail® as one of the “Editor’s Picks”. Our booth was continuously crowded with interested buyers representing many different industries and organizations. Several buyers commented that each year they come to the show looking to discover one unique new product and HatTail® represented that product this year. Some buyers added they were surprised that anything new could be done to improve a sports cap and were very impressed with the revolutionary new design and functionality of HatTail®. “
